Blend is seeking a talented and driven Content Marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that educates and engages our target audience of financial institutions. You'll be a storyteller, translating complex financial technology into compelling narratives that resonate with banking executives, loan officers, and technology leaders.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-growth company at the forefront of the fintech revolution. You'll work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to create content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports our sales efforts.

How you will contribute:

  • Create high-impact content: Produce a wide range of content, including ads, blog posts, case studies, white papers, e-books, webinars, infographics, social posts, email and website copy.
  • Become a subject matter expert: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to create relevant and valuable content.
  • Collaborate on SEO/GEO optimization: Partner with digital marketing to align on keyword strategy, on-page SEO/GEO best practices, and internal linking to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure content supports GTM strategies.
  • Apply analytics insights to content strategy: Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion signals) and reports to interpret trends, identify opportunities, and inform future content decisions.
  • Manage content distribution: Partner with the demand generation team to distribute content through various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.

Who you are:

  • A proven content creator: You have 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail. You can provide a portfolio of your work.
  • A storyteller at heart: You have a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling stories.
  • A strategic thinker: You can think beyond individual content pieces and develop a cohesive content strategy that supports business goals.
  • Data-driven: You're comfortable using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of your work and make informed decisions.
  • AI-Savvy: You have experience utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and optimization workflows. You understand how to leverage these tools responsibly to boost efficiency without compromising on quality or originality.
  • A collaborative team player: You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams.
  • Excellent writer and editor: You have impeccable writing skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A self-starter: You're proactive, organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Bonus points:
