Intelligence Spotlight: How much faster does closing paperwork reach borrowers with Autopilot?
Production data shows that lenders running Autopilot send closing disclosures 2-4 days sooner.

Closing paperwork reaches borrowers 2 to 4 days sooner with Autopilot. Measured from intent to proceed, the borrower’s formal commitment, to the closing disclosure being sent, the median lender moved from roughly 30 days to 27 days, and 70-75% of measured lender segments got faster.
The mechanism is where this gets interesting. Before Autopilot, problems surface after commitment: document chases, conditions, and rework add days exactly when the borrower is waiting. Autopilot fixes the file at intake, handling document review and follow-up from the moment of submission, so the post-commitment work shrinks. The result is cleaner files, with fewer document requests between intent to proceed and closing.
Days matter here twice over. Borrowers get certainty about their final terms sooner, and loans spend fewer days in process.
These figures compare the same lenders before and after enabling Autopilot, from three months of live production data through July 2026.
