Blend Title Insurance Agency is seeking a Post-Closing Specialist to support the document process in the settlement environment. Our ideal candidate has knowledge and confidence in executing their assigned roles and functions with timeliness, expert accuracy, and precision. The Post-Closing Specialist is responsible for the receipt of original document packages extraction and scanning to digital files, package examination, preparation and a timely submission of real estate documents for recording. This is a challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding position at the nerve center of a dynamic, scaling Title Agency.

How you'll contribute:

  • Responsible for the receipt of original document packages extraction and scanning to digital files, package examination, preparation and accurate timely submission of real estate documents for recording
  • Examination of incoming packages for accuracy and specified requirements
  • Scanning documents to digital folders
  • Packaging original documents to distribute to necessary parties
  • Submitting documents for recording in official records
  • Tracking communication and modifications to Real Estate documents
  • Basic accounting and reconciliation of fees paid

Who you are:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of work with tight deadlines
