HRIS Analyst

How You'll Contribute:

  • Serve as functional SME lead in our HRIS system
  • Build and test requirements for multiple modules within the HRIS including Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting and Payroll
  • Research, analyze and prioritize roadmap and enhancement logs
  • Assess existing configurations and recommending improvements
  • Work with technical liaison for any current and future HRIS integrations
  • Project manage, develop and test new releases, implementations and change initiatives
  • Provide functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Provide training and documentation to HR and other end users

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of HR systems experience within People Ops or IT
  • 3+ years configuring and supporting HCM
  • Prior experience implementing Workday HRIS
  • Expertise in at least 3 areas within HRIS: Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting and Calculated Fields
  • Confirmable and excited to work in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner
