Account Manager - Enterprise

Account managers do important work to have a huge impact on the company's bottom line.

At a high level Account Managers:

- Provide strategic direction to top lenders in the nation

- Identify and articulate how Blend can unlock significant value for our customers

- Build relationships to guide strategic decisions and help develop the culture of modern-day lending.

How you'll contribute, more specifically:

  • Manage and own client accounts, driving towards 100% customer adoption and success
  • Proactively gather product feedback and convey this to Product, Services and Engineering teams
  • Work closely with all levels of client organizations to uncover opportunities for growth within their business
  • Closely communicate with customers regarding product updates, new features and releases

Who you are:

  • 4+ years' prior relevant account management experience at SaaS software company, or in the financial services industry
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the Blend product, mortgage market and our customers' needs
  • Experience in supporting and managing complex client relationships while discovering opportunities for revenue growth
  • Demonstrated listening and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
