How You'll Contribute:

  • Manage the HRIS team
  • Oversea HRIS technology stack and strategy that meets the needs of the company
  • Develop release schedule and change management process
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure all systems and processes meet compliance regulations
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for HRIS systems and data
  • Develop prioritized HRIS roadmap and enhancement logs
  • Manage internal relationships with SMEs and leaders across organizations

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of HR systems experience within People Ops or IT
  • 7+ HR Program Management experience 
  • 3+ years leading and building HRIS teams
  • Prior experience implementing Workday HRIS
  • Demonstrated experience building cross functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders
  • Comfortable working employees at all levels across our organization
  • Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner
