Brand Marketer - Integrated Campaigns

We’re looking for a seasoned brand marketer with excellent creative skills and strategic thinking to craft compelling stories and campaigns that build brand awareness and educate our target audiences. In addition to developing standout messages and creative, this person will lead an integrated planning approach to bring programs to life across channels. This individual should be exceptional at collaborating with in-house creative teams and agencies. The ability to present ambitious concepts and goals to stakeholders and leadership will paramount to success. 

How you’ll contribute:

  • Concept and build engaging marketing programs; partner with a cross functional team to bring creative elements and promotion strategies to life
  • Create engagement programs that generate top-of-mind relevance and position Blend as a category leader with our target audience
  • Establish and maintain an integrated brand marketing calendar of messages, programs, and activities
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative partners, overseeing successful execution of hero and program assets
  • Develop session content for in-person brand events (virtual for now) including talking tracks and visual development
  • Build a library of high-quality, high-leverage marketing materials that showcase company, brand, and product narratives
  • Refine and drive key brand health metrics and scorecard results

Who you are:

  • 7+ years in brand marketing and brand strategy
  • Experience building brand campaigns and programs for B2B companies, preferably within Enterprise Saas
  • Strong messaging and copy development skills
  • Trained visual eye, impeccable taste level, fluent in creative feedback
  • A history of delivering best-in-class marketing programs and assets
  • A knack for connecting strategic-thinking with innovation to execute high-leverage programs
  • Proven experience setting, tracking, and surpassing KPIs
  • Confident project manager adept at driving integrated planning cycles across multiple marketing and design stakeholders
