Blend Realty is looking for a Partner Agent Coordinator to join our team. You'll be a driving force behind the growth and cultivation of our culture, product, and mission. You will also build and manage the Blend hiring process, provide candidates with unequivocal support at every step of their journey, and help transform the future of lending. How You'll Contribute

  • Partner with our hiring managers and top leaders to build and implement a compelling interview process starting with job descriptions through closing efforts
  • Deliver the best possible candidate experience as you connect and communicate from their first introduction to Blend until well after their first day in the office
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Know and understand Blend's product inside-and-out and be able to communicate our mission and work confidently to all candidates
  • Plan and execute special internal projects including sourcing contests and parties, interviewer appreciation efforts - the more creative the better
  • Attend and assist with external events such as meetups, career fairs, industry panels, and other networking opportunities

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience being a swiss-army knife type of recruiter, working with a variety of departments and types of roles including but not limited to finance, sales, and product
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks with competing priorities and are always ready for the next challenge
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain unfazed by a certain amount of ambiguity
