How you'll contribute: 

Responsible for all tasks regarding the logistical movement of recordings orders through the life cycle of the order from receiving the orders to sending recorded documents back to the Client.  This team member would receive the physical orders from our Clients, validate package contents, image documents, file and sort documents,  enter them into the order management system, assign the orders to the Recorders, ship documents to counties nationwide, and when the documents are recorded ship the documents back to the Clients.
