Title Examiner Sr. Associate- Arkansas

This position is specifically for a candidate who can work a hybrid schedule out of the Little Rock or Bentonville, Arkansas location.
Responsibilities:
- Review deeds, mortgages and other title documents submitted as part of the title search to determine the correct property was searched and that all necessary requirements and exceptions have been added to the file
- Review origination refinance files to ensure compliance with underwriter guidelines for issuance of title commitments, including the ability to understand the output received from title plans as well as familiarity with utilizing title plans to retrieve title data
- Review surveys to ensure compliance with underwriter guidelines and to ensure the proper exceptions are added to the title commitment and title policy
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Who You Are:
- Must be Licensed or licensed eligible in the state of Arkansas
- Non- licensed candidates will need 5+ years of Title Examiner experience
- Licensed candidates require 3+ years of Title Examiner experience
- Title document review
- Microsoft Office experience
- This candidate will need to live near Little Rock or Bentonville to report to the office on a hybrid schedule
