Generally, what would you do as a Banking Assistant Administrator?

Banking Administrators are responsible for handling all outgoing wire approvals (around 600/day) in a fast and timely manner.  Must be detail-oriented and meticulous prior to releasing any wire, cross referencing what the system shows, bank, and the back-up provided to ensure all match.  Administrators will also be responsible for working out of the banking queue with a request such as stop payments, voiding checks, providing copies of cleared items and making deposits in the bank, along with maintaining impeccable logs of all checks deposited.

  • Escrow experience, preferred
  • Must pass a credit check
