As a Customer Success Manager for Blend Title and Close you will focus on communicating and driving success with some of our most important customers. You’ll collaborate and work cross-functionally with different teams at Blend and Blend Title Agency to ensure all the necessary support and response is provided to drive successful lender utilization of Blend Close and Blend Title. You will have regular touch points with lenders to receive and deliver feedback as well as discover opportunities for improvement. You will also be the primary point of contact for issues needing resolution and keep all necessary parties informed as issues resolve. You will also coordinate the onboarding process of all new lenders.

How you'll contribute: 

  • Build and deepen relationships with customers to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions
  • Add value and be viewed as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution
  • Leads, collaborates with, influences and supports internal business partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities, solve problems
  • Drive success metrics including tracking impact of platform and deployment efforts
  • Participate in detailed account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple lines of business including Home Buying Journey offerings, maximizing business impact and opening up opportunities with large enterprise customers
  • Proactively gather product feedback and convey this to Product, Services and Engineering teams
  • Management and ownership of Customer’s title day to day needs delivery from across the organization

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum three (3) years of customer success experience, title experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to develop trusted relationships with all levels within an organization
  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, timing, tact and negotiation skills
  • High degree of customer focus, interpersonal relationship skills and problem solving
