Winnie is Head of Legal and People at Blend. In her role, Winnie manages Blend’s legal and strategic affairs, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and mitigating risks to drive business success. Winnie is also focused on advancing Blend’s inclusive and high-performing culture.

Prior to joining Blend in 2021, Winnie was a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she advised financial institutions and technology companies on a wide range of capital markets, financing, M&A, and other strategic matters. Winnie is a graduate of Columbia Law School, and also holds a business degree and a law degree from the University of New South Wales.
