If you recently applied for credit and your lender uses the Blend Income Report in their credit decisioning process, you can make inquiries, disputes and other requests regarding your reports here.

Blend Insights provides lenders and other financial institutions better insights into their customers through responsible and transparent third party data collection practices. We collect data from a network of reliable third party data providers to create a seamless consumer experience and accurate verification of consumer information.

When you apply for a financial product and your lender utilizes the Blend Income Report, you will have access to the Report that was generated for your lender. Simply log in to your application and go to your “Documents” tab to find the Blend Income Report.

If you do not have access to your application, or you would like to request your entire consumer file, which may include multiple reports and additional information concerning the source of information and parties to whom it was provided, please complete the form below.

A Blend Income Report includes all income and employment data sent to Blend Insights service by participating data providers. The Blend Income Report provides current and historical employment and income information. You may have multiple Blend Income Reports based on how many credit or other financial applications you have completed.

If you are requesting your consumer file, we will send all of the Blend Income Reports we have on file, including the providers of the data and parties to whom it was provided. An important document titled “A Summary of Your Rights Under the Federal Credit Reporting Act” will also be included.

Please note that Blend Insights is not currently processing disputes or other requests by mail due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Inaccurate information is never in anyone’s best interest. If you believe that information contained in your Blend Income Report is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise incorrect, you can initiate a dispute by submitting our Consumer Request Form below. Once Blend Insights has verified your identity, we will investigate to determine the source of the discrepancy. If the information being disputed is not controlled by Blend Insights, we may ask you to dispute directly with the agency, institution, or furnisher that supplied the original information.

If you suspect you are the victim of identity theft or fraud, you may request that Blend Insights place a security freeze on your consumer file. This means that lenders will not be able to pull income or employment information on your behalf, and you will need to submit this information on your own. To request this freeze, please complete the Consumer Request Form below. We may reach out to you and the number provided if more information is required.
