Blend is looking for an Operations Leader to join our Homebuying Journey team. To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal team members and manage external relationships. How you’ll contribute:

  • Plan, launch and oversee scalability projects and operationalize a new hire HBJ onboarding experience and training program  
  • Identify potential gaps in vendor resources and licensing requirements/trainings 
  • Strategize with leaders on recruiting needs, facility management, headcount planning, and long term goals to accommodate future growth Increase operational effectiveness & efficiency of Westlake Village office location and future HBJ locations 
  • Scale the facilities and operations teams as needed 
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, Onboarding, Training & Enablement and IT to consolidate similar motions and process across the different HBJ Services
  • Establish and manage off boarding plan for employee separations for business continuity and data security
