Nima is co-founder and chief executive of Blend, in addition to chairing its board of directors. He leads the company’s corporate and product strategy toward the vision of a simple, transparent, and accessible financial services ecosystem.

Nima speaks regularly about the evolution of lending and technology’s role in driving proactive finance. His achievement and entrepreneurial vision were recognized by his inclusion in Fortune’s 40 Under 40 list in 2020. Prior to founding Blend, Nima was one of the first employees of the commercial group at Palantir Technologies, where he worked to solve major data challenges for the financial sector and advised its CEO. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Stanford University.

Srini is the Head of Product, Technology, and Customer Operations at Blend, where he orchestrates the company’s product vision, technology strategy, and operational excellence to drive innovation and exceptional customer outcomes.

With over 23 years of experience, Srini has held leadership roles in product management, engineering, and customer operations, demonstrating a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses, optimizing operations for enterprise growth, and delivering accelerated value creation for stakeholders. Prior to joining Blend, he served in senior positions at PlanSource and IBM, where he developed and implemented strategies that drove technological advancement and enhanced product and shareholder value.

Srini holds an engineering degree from PSG College of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Nomi Prins, PhD
Political-Financial Expert, Journalist & Author

Dr. Nomi Prins, PhD, is a macro-economist, geopolitical financial expert, and best-selling author. She is the founder of Prinsights Global, a geopolitical financial and macro-economic analysis company and creator of its flagship research product, Prinsights Pulse.

Nomi has held key positions on Wall Street including as a managing director at Goldman Sachs, a senior managing director at Bear Stearns in London, a strategist at Lehman Brothers, and an analyst at the Chase Manhattan Bank.

She has been an expert witness the US Senate and has advised US and international government officials on matters spanning finance, economics, banking and infrastructure and energy development financing. She is a board member of rare earth elements mining company, Meteoric Resources, and on the advisory boards for the National Infrastructure Bank and EthicalMarkets.

Nomi is the author of seven books, including Collusion, All the Presidents’ Bankers, and Permanent Distortion. Her articles have been published in major outlets including Fortune, Forbes, the Guardian, the New York Times, and the Nation. She is a regular guest on media outlets including CNBC, C-SPAN, BBC, CNN, MSNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg.

She received her B.S. in Math from SUNY, M.S. in Statistics and Operations Research from New York University, and PhD in International Strategic Studies with an International Political Economy specialization from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
