FAQs

Check out some of the most common questions about Forum, and please reach out if you have other questions.

What is Forum?

Forum is an annual, two-day conference hosted for an intimate group of mortgage and consumer lending executives. From live product demos, panel discussions, to recreational activities, attendees will get a chance to explore the latest, most cutting edge digital banking advancements, engage with some of Blend’s top product experts, and learn from industry peers on how they are implementing their digital transformations at scale.

When is Forum?

Monday, September 9 – Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The Forum programming will begin at 6 p.m. on Monday with an Opening Reception, and close at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday with an evening reception in the historic Presidential Suite. We recommend arriving early Monday afternoon and departing Thursday morning.

Given the intimate group size of Forum, we kindly request that all attendees join us for the full duration of Forum. If possible, please avoid late arrivals or early departures.

Where is Forum?

Located amid the breathtaking mountains of West Virginia, Forum 2024 is taking place at The Greenbrier — a National Historic Landmark and an award winning resort that has been welcoming guests from around the world since 1778.

Forum attendees will also have the opportunity to test their golf skills on The Old White, one of Greenbrier’s championship courses that hosted the PGA TOUR from 2010 through 2019 with legends like Sam Snead, Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Tiger Woods.

How do I get there?

The Greenbrier (America’s Resort) is located in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The closest airport is Lewisburg, WV (LWB), which is a short 15 minute ride to The Greenbrier. There are nonstop flights from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) to LWB. We recommend booking flights as soon as you confirm your Forum attendance.

Amtrak also offers regular train service from major cities including Washington, D.C., New York City and Chicago to White Sulphur Springs (WSS). Fun fact –– the direct Amtrak line from D.C is what made The Greenbrier the perfect site for a remote yet accessible nuclear fallout shelter for members of Congress.

What costs am I responsible for?

Attendees are responsible for travel and hotel lodging costs. Blend has negotiated a reduced rate of $319 per night at The Greenbrier Resort. There is no event registration fee, and Blend will be treating you to all meals and recreational activities during Forum.

We kindly request all attendees join us for the full event duration (check-in Monday, September 9 and check-out Thursday, September 12).
