Title Customer Onboarding Specialist

As Title Support for Blend Title you will focus on communicating and driving success with some of our most important customers. You’ll work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams at Blend and Blend Title Agency to ensure all the necessary support and response is provided to drive successful lender utilization. You will also be the primary point of contact for issues needing resolution and keep all necessary parties informed as issues resolve. You will coordinate the respective teams during the onboarding process of new lenders.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Quickly address and resolve issues affecting lenders, across the Blend Settlement Agent Workspace
  • Help promote and maintain a positive image of Blend Settlement Agent Workspace
  • When appropriate provide consultative guidance to lenders towards the resolution to their service issue
  • Escalate unresolved client issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Plan and prioritize day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment: Show flexibility and the aptitude to process a variety of detailed and time-sensitive information while managing multiple tasks
  • Track and report key performance metrics and support tickets
  • Report feedback with cross-functional teams to provide input on competing projects and with partner management objectives to ensure objectives are met
  • Maintain working knowledge of products including new releases and features

Who you are:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • 3-5 years of experience in the title industry ideally in a client facing role
  • Understanding of the Title Insurance industry and the impact of Online Closing (with Remote Online Notarization)
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems independently
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several tasks at one time
  • Excellent presentation skills, including developing presentation content and presenting to small groups
  • Highly organized, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
