Manager, Customer Success Operations

As the leader of the Customer Success Operations team, reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will help drive key internal initiatives. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with leadership and individuals across Blend to establish consistent, scalable processes and tools to enable customer success team members to focus on delivering for our customers.

How you'll contribute:

  • Engage with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment across operations teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, scope, and plan initiatives
  • Drive effective delivery of various Customer Success operations initiatives
  • Create and maintain project plans and status reports for assigned initiatives

Who you are:

  • An experienced leader capable of traversing from strategic to tactical topics according to the audience
  • A thought leader in customer success capable of and willing to challenge conventions and improve existing best practices
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity to define processes, key steps, decisions, and risks
  • Extensive domain knowledge of Customer Success functions (delivery, account management, support, etc)
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience implementing, administering, and improving systems such as CRMs, PPMs, rules engines, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
  • Ability and flexibility to travel as needed
