The People Operations Team is looking for an Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Associate to help support our rapidly growing employee base. As an HRBP Associate, you will support our HRBPs and help employees and front line managers with all things people related and to ensure all employees have an excellent employee experience at Blend.

How you'll contribute:

  • Work closely with front line leaders improve leadership capabilities, workforce performance,  recognition and overall engagement
  • Assist employees and managers through HR policy guidance and interpretation 
  • Support HRBPs in executing initiatives aimed at improving the organizational health and development for specific business units
  • Effectively submit requests from business leaders to maintain the highest data integrity in our HR systems that reflect ongoing organizational changes
  • Provide navigational support to employees and managers for our existing HR systems and tools
  • Manage the employee off-boarding process by conducting exit interviews and launching the exit process
  • Generate valuable data insights for business unit specific areas of the company to identify trends as it relates to attrition, internal mobility and engagement that will inform HRBPs and leadership on areas of development
  • Thoughtfully engage with employees on general queries about compensation, career frameworks, internal mobility, and real life scenarios in need of coaching

  • Professional ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to focus on top priorities and meet swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation and communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, Finance, Business Leaders)
