Business Systems Analyst, Finance Systems

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting and maintaining our finance applications, including NetSuite, Workday, Zip, IronClad, Workiva, Numeric, and others. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will contribute both independently and as part of a core team. Your primary focus will be supporting the finance systems landscape by developing and maintaining business processes, configurations, and integrations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.

How you'll contribute:
- Serve as a finance system subject matter expert for supporting business processes and developing strong relationships with business process owners
- Lead configuration and customization efforts for finance systems including NetSuite, Workday Financials, Numeric, Zip, Workiva, Brex, Ramp, etc.
- Provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance, including training and communication
- Support data and system integration projects across the company business domain and specific to NetSuite and other finance applications;
- Perform system testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing
- Assist in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into an ERP system (Workday, NetSuite)
- Support the SOX IT General Controls review processes by maintaining process documentation and SOC reports, and working with control owners and the internal audit team to gather and provide evidence for audits
- Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation;
- Assume functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems;
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and support other corporate initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, typically working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm PST, with minor exceptions for critical issues.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on of financial systems administration with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or other ERP finance management systems
- Proficiency in financial business processes including general ledger, cash management, AP, AR, procure to pay, chart of accounts redesign, expense management, fixed assets management, order to cash, purchase order conversions, etc.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including experience with data analysis libraries and scripting for automation.
- Experience with FDM, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Assets, Banking and Settlement, Expenses, and Procurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead system implementation projects in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently;
- Knowledge of US Audit/SOX guidelines (ITGC/ITAC) will be preferable

- Certification in NetSuite is preferred.
