Blend Insurance Agency provides borrowers with the option to 1) shop and 2) purchase homeowners insurance through a frictionless transparent digital experience. Our Agency team is all about helping people - you can apply your passion by assisting in managing our strategic relationships within the insurance industry as well as our lender partners. 

As a QC Associate for Blend Insurance Agency, you will work closely with the Customer Care Retention Team. Every month we have a retention goal, exceeding expectations in servicing our customers. Facilitate the renewal process and maintain current records within our agency management system EZLynx and Salesforce. This would include documentation, policy data updates and clear notation of communications. You would also correspond externally with our customers and mortgage companies on policies that are within the 60 day expiration window.              

Responsibilities:

  • Update the Renewal Log on Salesforce
  • Contacting the customers or mortgage companies on outstanding renewal payments
  • Checking Policy Status on Carrier Websites and document into our AMS System (EZLynx)
  • Update Premium information and Any Updates for the renewal process
  • Update Mortgage Information Upon Request
  • Aggregate and upload policy documents into EZLynx (AMS)

Qualifications:

  • Strong Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Reliable, Quick Learner with a Positive Attitude and mindset
  • Able to quickly adapt to various Insurance Carrier Platforms, G Suite & OmniChannel 
  • Proactive with internal and external communications within team members
  • Background in Insurance or Mortgage a plus, but not required
  • Office Experience Required
