Blend IT is the team folks look forward to asking for help. We provide the tools and support that allow the rest of the company to do their best work. You'll be the in-person face of our team as we help people with their laptop, equipment, and other technology needs. You'll also provide remote support to employees by taking support tickets and assisting as needed. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the rest of the IT Team around the country, learning with our top experts. If you've previously worked as a Tier 1 Support, Helpdesk Support, Tech Support Agent, or other similar title we encourage you to apply!

How you'll contribute: 

  • Daily tasks may include:
  • Triage and resolution of Tier 1 issues via Zendesk and walkups in our San Francisco Headquarters
  • Helping coworkers with a wide variety of backgrounds, from highly technical engineers to folks who specialize in interpersonal skills
  • Performing daily sweeps of our Zoom rooms by following documentation and work alongside our AV manager for training and questions 
  • Ordering, organizing, and distributing laptops and other IT equipment for all new  hires and current employees 
  • Work alongside our CDW vendor to manage new hire laptop and equipment deployment 
  • Escalation of undocumented and unresolved issues to to our Tier 2 team

  • Background in Fintech, or other secure environments
