Order Management Lead

This role will be an integral part of the Blend Accounting team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional to manage the Order Management and Collections processes. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop effective working relationships with cross-functional partners, is detail oriented and can identify and develop best-in-class processes and controls to support the rapid growth of the business.

How you'll contribute: 

  • Manage the end-to-end order to cash collections process and identify and implement system and process improvements
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of orders on a monthly basis. Review submitted order forms for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Analyze and organize large data sets across multiple systems
  • Coach and mentor team members on order-to-cash processes and partner with cross-functional groups (i.e., deal desk, operations, and sales) to drive best practices and scalable order-to-cash processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, maintain a high degree of accuracy, and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Implement and oversee internal control activities related to order-to-cash processes
  • Manage the preparation of external audit deliverables
  • Support ad-hoc requests for billings and collections forecasting, and internal company metrics  

Who you are: 

  • 5+ years of experience in an order management lead/manager role at a high growth SaaS company
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, data driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required to interface with all levels of the organization
  • You are passionate about driving continuous improvement in yourself and within your function
  • You are detailed oriented and possess the ability to multitask
  • Strong systems knowledge with experience with NetSuite, Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance
