Naveen Ayyagari

Naveen is Head of Engineering at Blend. In his role, Naveen leads the software engineering team with a focus on building and expanding Blend’s Builder Platform to deliver seamless experiences across every aspect of the consumer’s financial life.

Prior to joining Blend in 2018, Naveen spent 5 years at Pandora, where he oversaw the product development and engineering teams within the payments and subscriptions organization. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
