Blend Appoints CU Veteran Reva Rao as Head of Digital Transformation for Credit Unions

Industry powerhouse brings deep expertise to strengthen Blend's solutions and value to credit union digital leadership

Today we’re thrilled to welcome Reva Rao as Blend’s new Head of Digital Transformation for Credit Unions.
Reva is a powerhouse in the credit union space, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading digital and lending strategies at institutions like Travis Credit Union and Golden 1 Credit Union. She knows this industry inside and out, and she’s passionate about helping credit unions deliver standout member experiences.
Reva’s appointment comes as Blend continues to grow its footprint in the credit union space, helping hundreds of institutions including seven of the top 10 credit unions in the U.S. modernize everything from account opening to mortgage lending. In her new role, Reva will work closely with credit union leaders to help shape their transformation journeys, building the strategies and solutions they need to grow stronger, compete smarter, and serve their members even better.

About Reva
Before joining Blend, Reva served as Chief Lending Officer at Travis Credit Union, where she oversaw Consumer, Mortgage, and Commercial lending at the $5B institution. She also held senior roles at Golden 1 Credit Union, where she led lending for California’s largest credit union. Reva’s background also includes leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Prosper Marketplace, JPMorgan Chase, Greenpoint Mortgage, and Citi where she built deep expertise in pricing, risk, and digital product development.
