How it works


1) Review the award categories and which one(s) best fits you

2) Complete the nomination form, detailing your achievements and including impactful metrics to help make your submission stand out!

3) Blend’s leadership team will review the nominations and select winners

4) Nominees will be notified of their selection status in August

5) Winners will accept their award onstage at Forum 2025 on Wednesday, September 10th at 11:30 AM

6) Award winners will be featured in a press release, social media posts, and a recap blog
