We are looking for a GTM Product Enablement Specialist to help empower and educate our rapidly growing Sales, Customer Success, and Deployment teams. This person will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, delivery, and evaluation of our role-specific GTM Product enablement program. You will be working with multiple teams (Product, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Deployments) to create assets and online training to enable our GTM teams on product, messaging, processes, methodologies, and ecosystem rules of engagement. This person will work alongside the Sales Enablement team to strategize and enhance the program as business needs evolve. They will also be passionate about helping others succeed and have creative ideas in developing a fun, interactive, and memorable learning experience in a remote first environment.


How you'll contribute: 

  • Own end-to-end GTM training strategy for Sales, Customer Success, and Deployment teams including design, stakeholder management, and measurement
  • Develop course curriculums that scale to the learner’s requirements/position
  • Develop and deliver training in various formats including in-person, virtual, video, eLearning paths, and static documentation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our GTM training program by identifying and tracking key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive productivity
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on initiatives, product updates, product roadmap, and business priorities and continuously update programs accordingly
  • Identify performance gaps and design courseware and content to improve and influence results, working closely with leadership
  • Engage cross-functional subject matter experts to share expertise in training sessions as needed
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our GTM training program by identifying and tracking key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive productivity
  • Own communications to the business around GTM training program efficacy and impact


Who you are: 

BA/BS required

  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Instructional Design, or relative experience
  • Confident and engaging facilitator in person and online. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with LMS such as (Brainshark, Udemy, Workramp etc.), web-based meeting tools (Zoom, etc.) , Gong, and Knowledge management tools (Highspot, Confluence, etc.) 
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and program management
  • Experience working in a sales, marketing, customer success, or customer support role preferably in a SaaS B2B environment 
  • Strong preference for previous banking or lending industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change
