Introducing Blend Community, the destination for forging connections

Make the most of Blend by interacting with in-house experts and like-minded peers.

A desire to be customer-first drives every decision at Blend. It’s only natural, then, to create a space for our customers to be front and center. We’re calling it Blend Community, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you today.

Blend Community is a new destination that allows our customers to easily communicate with the people behind the product. Perhaps more importantly, it is also a platform for our customers to connect with other Blend users — it truly is a community, after all. Our hope is to provide a central destination where we can all help each other make the most of Blend’s offerings. 

The importance of community

Many companies have found benefits to building online communities for their customer base. Creating a community invites customers to learn about other users’ valuable experiences and share their own, adopt tips and best practices, get answers to their questions, and gain access to updates, news, and releases that may otherwise be overlooked. In turn, we can better understand customer pain points and hear about positive experiences to deliver better products and processes that benefit their business.

With Blend Community, we aim to provide a positive space to help our customers be as successful as they can be with our technology. 

So how can you make the most of Blend Community?

What can you do in Blend Community

Learn about new products and features. Stay in the know by visiting our News & Announcements category. We regularly post so our customers can be up to date with all our new product and feature updates. 

Find information and resources. Easily access Blend information across different channels, including our help centers, blog, resource library, developer portal, and more. In addition, we’ll also be featuring specific articles to inform you about our insights and offerings.

Share tips and best practices. Many of our customers have developed strategies to help them perform at their best. We invite them to share the knowledge and help out their fellow peers. Blend employees will also frequently contribute our own best practices so customers can learn from in-house experts.

Connect with like-minded people. Every interaction is an opportunity to meet a new friend, mentor, or supporter. We believe that fostering these relationships is imperative to not only our customers’ individual success but their business’ success as well.

Ask questions. Get answers to questions about our products and services, including our platform, Mortgage Suite, and Consumer Banking Suite. Visitors can also browse already posted questions and answers to learn even more about our tech and provide their own answers if they have valuable insight to share.

How to join

Blend Community is a platform exclusively for our customers, and as a registered member of our community, you’ll gain access to news and features you otherwise may not see, including release notes. Follow the instructions below to register:

  1. Visit Blend Community.
  2. In the top right corner, click “Login.”
  3. To register, click “Create an account.” Make sure you register with your work email.
  4. Go to your profile settings, upload a profile picture, and fill in your personal information so we know who you are. 
  5. Introduce yourself.

Once you’ve registered for Blend Community, you can start to explore all our offerings. We even have badges for top contributors and experts, the ability to subscribe to different topics of interest, and a calendar of upcoming events. The best way to get involved is to just dive in.
