Barry May is Head of Customer Success of Blend, where he is responsible for all post-sales client activities, including integrations, deployment, account management, and support services. Prior to joining Blend in 2019, he was SVP of Relationship Management and Implementation at WageWorks, where his organization of 600 team members managed the company’s relationships with over 85,000 clients across the U.S. During Barry’s decade of leadership at WageWorks, the team achieved record client retention and customer satisfaction rates and completed 10 successful acquisitions of complementary business and technology. Barry is a graduate of California State University of Sacramento and lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.
