Sebastian Joll

Sebastian is Head of Customer Success & Operations at Blend. In this role, Sebastian leads our customer-facing Solutions, Support, and Delivery teams to deliver on Blend’s “customer first” philosophy and ensure customers deploy a world class technology solution. In parallel, Sebastian also oversees our internal operations functions to drive alignment and execution of our mission.

Prior to joining Blend in 2021, Sebastian was a leader in Salesforce’s Customer Success Group and worked with Financial Services customers at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Computer Science degree Curtin University in Australia.
