Lisa Fowler

Lisa is Head of People at Blend. In her role, Lisa oversees all of our people operations, including talent acquisition, learning and organizational development, total rewards, and employee relations. Lisa is also focused on keeping employees engaged and connected in a remote-first workplace. 

Prior to joining Blend in 2021, Lisa was Vice President of Human Resources at Xome, a subsidiary of Mr. Cooper Group. Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience leading Human Resources teams across Health Care, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, and Transportation industries. She also served in a variety of executive leadership roles in the entertainment and media industry at Viacom, BET Networks and NBC Universal. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California.
